Dear
Friends & Colleagues
Welcome to Long Beach—home of the regal Queen Mary, the spectacular
Aquarium of the Pacific, stirring Broadway shows, live music venues, hundreds
of exclusive dining destinations, and the 6th Annual Private Duty Home Care
Leadership Summit & Exposition. On behalf of the National Association
for Home Care & Hospice and the Private Duty Homecare Association, it
is our pleasure to welcome you.
While in Long Beach, you’ll have the opportunity to earn continuing
education credits, visit with more than 40 industry vendors in the Exposition
Hall, and network with old friends while getting acquainted with new ones.
This year’s Leadership Summit promises three educational and motivating
days, packed full of innovative and easy-to-implement ideas that will help
you and your staff provide better services and work more efficiently.
As always, much thought and effort have gone into crafting this conference,
its educational offerings, and its exhibitors. Because we understand that
running a private duty home care agency requires maintaining an independent
blend of effective operations, marketing, and human resources, we designed
this year’s educational sessions to focus on specific topics of interest
to you and your agency.
This year we also will continue the overwhelmingly popular Birds-of-a-Feather
Roundtable Sessions, with hand-selected industry experts as your guide to
lively discussions. The Private Duty Home Care Leadership Summit will once
again have an extraordinary keynote speaker; two general sessions; numerous
educational sessions offering accredited continuing education credits; an
exposition hall where representatives from today’s premiere home care
companies will be assembled, as well as ground-breaking products and innovative
services; and an opportunity to network with your peers from across the
country.
We are certain that this Leadership Summit & Exposition will prove
to be a valuable investment in securing the future for you and the private
duty home care industry. Thank you for taking the time from your busy schedule
to attend this important meeting. We look forward to sharing what we have
learned with you and to learning from your experiences as well!
